How to Get to Country Jam Eau Claire: Parking, Shuttles & Travel Tips
Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned veteran of the Chippewa Valley’s biggest party, figuring out how to get to the Eau Claire Event District (Country Jam grounds) should be the easiest part of your weekend!
And if you're camping, you get to skip this all together and just focus on the party!
Between the road closures and the thousands of fans descending on the grounds, having a game plan is essential. Here is everything you need to know about Country Jam parking in Eau Claire, shuttle routes, and travel tips to keep your weekend stress-free.
1. Navigating to the Grounds (The Only Way In!)
First things first: your GPS might try to lead you astray. During the festival, many roads surrounding the grounds are closed to the general public.

The Golden Rule: The only way to access the Country Jam parking lot is via County Highway T, turning onto 20th Avenue.

From Hwy 29 - Head South on Cty Hwy T for 2 miles.

From I-94 - Exit 52 to Hwy 312 to Clairmont Ave., head north on Hwy T to 20th Ave.
2. Country Jam Parking: Fees and Facts
If you plan on driving yourself, keep these details in mind to avoid a headache at the gate:

Cost: Parking is $20 per day or $50 for a 3-day pass.

CASH ONLY: This is the most important tip! The parking lots do not accept cards, so hit the ATM before you reach Hwy T.

VIP & ADA: VIP ticket holders have parking included in the main lot. For those needing handicap parking, follow the signs on 20th Ave and ensure your ADA documentation is visible.
3. The Smart Move: Use the Country Jam Shuttle
Why deal with traffic when you can hitch a ride? The shuttle system is legendary at Country Jam for being the most responsible and convenient way to travel.

Pick-up Locations: There are 9 different bus routes covering almost every major hotel in Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls. Locations include The Lismore, Metropolis Resort, and the Water Street area.

Shuttle Cost: Just like parking, shuttles are CASH ONLY.

Schedule: Most shuttles start running around 12:30 PM and continue throughout the day. After the final headliner finishes, shuttles run continuously until the grounds are clear.
4. Rideshare & Uber
If you’re taking an Uber or Lyft, there is a designated drop-off and pick-up point. Be prepared for high demand and "surge" pricing at the end of the night. If you want to save money and guarantee a ride, the shuttle is usually the more reliable bet.
Quick Travel Tips for a Smooth Jam:

Download the App &n Turn on Notifications: Schedule changes (especially weather-related) are posted first on the Country Jam app and social media.

Arrive Early: Traffic peaks between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you want to catch the early acts, give yourself an extra 45 minutes.

Bag Policy
In order to expedite entry into the event and to continue to promote the safety of employees, crew, festival goers, and others, there shall be a limit on the size and type of bag that may be brought into the venue.
Although festival goers are encouraged not to bring bags to Jam, the items outlined below are permissible:
NOTE: Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for medically required items after proper inspection. All final onsite decisions regarding bags will be made by Country Jam Security. All bags and persons are subject to search at any time while on the Country Jam USA festival grounds, campgrounds, or parking lots.

Ticket Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The only exception to our refund/exchange policy is a full-event cancellation. For example, during the COVID-19 pandemic ticket holders were given the option to roll their tickets to Country Jam 2022 or request a full refund. No other refunds or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances.
All people entering the Country Jam Properties do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors, or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.
Country Jam USA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets or passes.
Event Line-up and event schedule is subject to change without notice.

To claim tickets held in will-call, you must provide a valid photo ID.

Country Jam USA reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund.
​
Wristbands must be worn at all times. Individuals not wearing a wristband will not be allowed entry, and will be removed from the Country Jam Properties, no exceptions.
​
Tickets obtained from sources other than Country Jam USA will not be honored. It is unlawful to obtain admission by fraud. All such admissions or attempted admissions will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
​
Ticket sales and gates close 30 minutes after the start of the last main stage performance.
​
Concert is rain or shine. Extreme weather may affect the schedule or ability for artists to perform. Announcements will be made during the festival for any changes to schedule or lineup.
​
All artists and times of performances are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.
​
Have your ID with you at all times. You will need it to purchase alcohol or to enter bar areas. Country Jam has a zero tolerance on underage drinking. No minors are allowed in bar areas.
​
Everyone including their personal belongings are subject to search at any point on the Country Jam Properties, parking lots, festival grounds, or Campgrounds.
​
Only empty water bottles will be allowed into the festival grounds, and/or one factory sealed water bottle. No coolers allowed.
​
No glass containers are allowed.
​
No outside alcohol is permitted on the Country Jam festival grounds. Outside alcohol is only permitted in the camping area.
​
Vehicles are subject to search upon entry and while on Country Jam Properties. Country Jam Staff and Country Jam Security will be searching for items such as fireworks, weapons, illegal drugs, off road vehicles, and anyone trying to illegally enter Country Jam Properties. Offenders will be turned over to Law Enforcement and will result in immediate removal from the Country Jam Properties without refund.

Items confiscated by Country Jam Security will not be returned under any circumstances.
​
Anyone on the Country Jam Properties without the proper ticket or wristband is subject to fines up to $1000 for trespassing.
​
No party is allowed to reproduce, print, sell, promote, give away, or solicit ANY items or property that bear the name(s) or logo(s) of the Country Jam USA, Country Jam Properties AND/OR THE ENTERTAINERS, IN WHOLE OR IN PART. Offenders of Trademark rights and jurisdictions and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Country Jam USA reserves the right to confiscate ALL contraband items.

No professional recording (photo, audio, video) equipment is allowed. Absolutely no drones. No detachable zoom lenses, tripods, or other commercial equipment is allowed without express written consent from Country Jam USA management.
Absolutely no firearms of any kind are allowed with or without a permit. No knives or weapons of any kind are allowed inside the festival bowl itself.

Pets are not allowed anywhere in the festival, camping, or parking areas.
​
No golf carts, boats, power scooters, dirt bikes, bicycles, or UTVs/ATVs are allowed on Country Jam Properties. No cruising on motorcycles or in vehicles is allowed within the campground or parking lots.

Please be advised that by attending the event you are implicitly agreeing that Country Jam USA may use any photos of you for promotional purposes whether taken by our photographers or shared by other patrons. Said photos may be used by Country Jam USA on our website, social media, TV spots, printed materials, or other advertising.
​
Any violation of the above policies will result in having your wristband revoked and immediate removal from the Country Jam Properties without refund. Unlawful offenders will be turned over to Law Enforcement and will be subject to fine(s) according to state and local ordinances.
