Have wedding décor sitting in boxes after your big day? Give it a new home! Thrifted & Hitched brings together past brides and couples looking to sell their gently loved wedding items with upcoming couples searching for beautiful décor at a fraction of the original cost. Whether you're selling centerpieces, candles, signs, linens, florals or ceremony décor, we'd love to have you join us!

SELLER SPACE — $20

 

Your registration includes:

  • One 8-foot seller table

  • Designated seller space

  • Access to seller setup before the event

 

Additional 8-foot tables may be purchased for $20 each, based on availability. Complete the following registration, review and sign the Seller Agreement, and submit payment to officially reserve your space.

 

Please Note: Your seller space is not officially reserved until your Seller Agreement has been signed and payment has been received.

We may feature seller merchandise on our  social media leading up to the event to give shoppers a sneak peek at what they'll be able to find. By uploading photos, you give the Eau Claire Event District permission to use the submitted images for promotion of this event.


Photo upload is optional — but highly encouraged!

BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR TABLE...

We want Thrifted & Hitched to be fun, easy, and successful for everyone! Please keep these important seller guidelines in mind:


PRICE IT. You determine the prices for all of your merchandise. Clearly pricing your items before the event is highly recommended.

SELL IT. All transactions are between you and the shopper. Please bring your own cash/change or have your preferred digital payment method ready.

KEEP IT WEDDING-RELATED. This event is specifically for wedding décor, supplies, accessories, and other approved wedding-related items.

STAY FOR THE EVENT. Sellers are expected to remain set up until the official end of the event. Early teardown is not permitted without approval.

KEEP IT IN YOUR SPACE. Your merchandise and displays must stay within your assigned seller area and may not block aisles, exits, or neighboring tables.

TAKE IT HOME. All unsold merchandise, boxes, displays, and belongings must leave with you at the end of the event.

HAVE FUN! Chat with shoppers, make some money, clear out those wedding bins, and help another couple create their dream wedding!
